Ash, steam, smoke and lava has been gushing out of the Taal volcano in the Philippines prompting evacuations of nearly half a million people in a 17km radius around the volcano. The Taal volcano which is located 60 km from the capital Manila is an active volcano and authorities are bracing for a possible explosive eruption as streams of lava began to gush out of the volcanic vent on Monday.
